Demand Draft(DD) Frequently Asked Question

1. Question: What is the procedure to use this service?

   Ans: Select the amount, fill in the payee name, branch name, and text on reverse of DD, finally choose the shipping mode at checkout.

2. Question: What will be the return address on the courier thru which the DD is sent?

   Ans: It will always be ours since when returned, the DD can be cancelled only by us.

3. Question: Will I get refund if the DD was returned from the shipping address I entered?

   Ans: The DD will be cancelled and regular DD cancellation charges including our service charges will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
