PPF Payment Auto Pay FAQ

  1. Question: Why should I use this facility?

    Ans: This is especially suitable for our NRI customers who are away from India for long periods.

  2. Question: How do you make payment?

    Ans: By default we can manually deposit in your account at a SBI branch. We can use other modes of payment if available.

  3. Question: How do I order this product

    Ans: You give us the start date of payment in “Fund Transfer Start Date” field and total number of installments in the “Quantity” field. You'll also need to correctly provide your name & account information.

  4. Question: The PPF account is in the name of minor so whose name I should I mention?

    Ans: You'll need to mention both guardian and minor's name.

  5. Question: How much will you deposit?

    Ans: Each time it will be exactly Rs. 500.

  6. Question: What date should I fill in the Fund Transfer Start Date field?

    Ans: Enter a date at least 10 days before the actual deposit/expiry date. We don't deposit on exact dates and we try to club many payments together once in a week or so.

  7. Question: Do you give any proof of payment?

    Ans: Proof of payment will be sent to your e-mail id.
