Utilities India Customer Data Screening Policy

This page describes the strict screening policy & procedure followed here at Utilities India for screening the electronic as well as any printed( hard-copy) information submitted/sent by you to us.

Please note that Utilities India staff will carefully and thoroughly examine the data submitted by you for processing of your order to check for copyright issues, unlawful activities etc.

However this step will be done only while processing your order. If your order dispatch is in future then thorough examination and processing will be done together just before order dispatch from our side. This may subsequently cause cancellation of your order and refund of your money as per our refund policy.

We do not examine some information entered by you – your shipping/billing information, your contact number etc. So orders may be processed automatically without requiring any attention of our staff.
